Changes to how transports ai works:
Approach nearby inhabited planet.
Will stop a ways away from planet and begin deploying small troop transports to attack planet.
If planet's civilians are gone find the next nearest civilian planet and do the same.
Why?
To help with urgency of destroying these transports, it wasn't very hard to mind the transports when they just exploded in one single blaze of glory but if they can continually punish you it feels more urgent that you need to kill them.
